Sage Oak is a great place for both of my parents. The team is caring and pay attention to the concerns of their residents. Sage Oak of Colleyville is a place where you can trust that they will care for your loved ones! Amanda, Steven and their teams definitely put their residents first! I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone looking for a great option for aging loved ones.

If you live in the Colleyville area and are looking for assisted living or memory care for your loved one, you should visit here first. Small, friendly, with a very personal and competent staff. The ratios are far better than most places and communication is excellent. Our dad is very well taken care of here and we are so grateful we found it!

My grandparents are at this location and they can’t talk highly enough about it. They love the environment. The people there even talk about how much they love the food.

My mom moved in 3 months ago. It’s been the best decision I’ve made in quite a while. The attention to care and who my mom is as a person has been wonderful. She’s improved socially since she’s been living at Sage Oak.

The Sage Oak has been wonderful for my mom. The one-on-one care is exceptional, the food is amazing, and the staff have gone above and beyond to help her, including caring for an injured hand. In just two weeks, she is noticeably more alert and speaking more, which has been incredible to see. The staff have stayed in close contact with me and made her transition from a previous facility smooth and reassuring. I’m very grateful for the care she’s receiving and highly recommend The Sage Oak.

No question about giving Sage Oak Colleyville FIVE STARS! Our family has been extremely pleased with the care and attentiveness our mom is receiving. Boutique-style living. Personalized care. Excellent caregiver ratios. Phenomenal food. Feels like family!! We have such peace of mind that our mom now says: “I feel like a princess”. “This is home”. “Thank you for finding this place for me”. Our family took a leap of faith with this non-traditional model of assisted living and the Sage Oak Colleyville team has exceeded every expectation. Navigating this chapter of life with our mom has had its challenges but we are extremely thankful to now have Sage Oak on our side.

My step father is a dementia resident at Sage Oak facility. We do not live close by and popped by unannounced one day for a visit with Joe. The staff was very welcoming. They asked who we were, since they had never met us, which is highly appropriate for safety of the residents. We entered the assisted living side. The residents were playing a game of soccer or volleyball on a table with a large beach ball. There was a lot of laughter from the residents playing the game. It made a great first impression for us. We then walked to the campus where my stepfather resides. Joe was lounging on the couch in the main area when we arrived. There are a lot of staff members (ratio looked very good). The residents seemed happy and healthy. Some were eating supper (it was about 5pm) and the food looked really good. The main area was very clean. Joe is happy at SO. The staff interacts with him nicely. He likes to give them a hard time and they kindly tease him back. The facility has crafts and activities for the residents. My sister has attended a luau. She said the residents had a great time and the food looked really good. My father in law is in a rehab LTC facility in a town south of Dallas. We had left his residence and came to see Joe, directly after. There were STARK differences in the facilities. At my FIL, the staff ratio was very low compared to Sage Oak. The rooms were not NEAR as nicely furnished or clean. The food my FIL has looks barely edible (think school cafeteria food). And it smelled. You know that “old folks home” smell? FIL’s smells. Not Sage Oak. Sage Oak does cost more than where my FIL is. But if you can afford this place, then this is where you should have your loved one. As a side not, my step father’s wife is *difficult* (IMO). She has caused stress for the staff at SO. Alot. And they have handled her with more care than expected. I mean, SO staff have been angels to her. Amanda (the RN coordinator, I believe) has been genuinely concerned for her safety and well-being. I can recommend this facility without any reservation.

Sage Oak boutique memory care in Colleyville has far exceeded our expectations. My loved one is treated with patience and dignity by the well-trained caregivers and administrative staff. The chef prepared meals are catered to his diabetic needs and have helped him maintain the lowest BG averages in years. He is finally gaining back some of the weight he lost during 2025 because the food is fresh and tasty. The residents are encouraged to interact in creative, innovative ways with each other. These activities create a positive social environment and encourage them to get out of their rooms and interact physically and mentally. It truly makes my heart happy to see the improvements he’s made in just one month!

Over the past 12 months, I have resided in 3 rehab hospital/assisted living centers. From my experience, I find Sage Oak of Colleyville Assisted Living Center to be in a league of its own! Here are the reasons why! 1. Staff to Patient Ratio — Low staff to patient ratio allows staff to provide prompt, professional service. No Long Waits For Service! Patients are treated with dignity and respect! In my opinion, the Staff are Rock Stars! 2. Chef Prepared Meals — Chef Larry and Chef Aram have a passion for preparing delicious, nutritious meals for all patients. Many of their creations would rival those served at 5 star restaurants! You will not be disappointed! Pictures of food are attached! 3. Medication Distribution — Your medications will be provided to you at the prescribed times! This is very important! 4. The facilities are large, inviting, well maintained and cleaned everyday! Many other amenities are provided! I highly recommend Sage Oak of Colleyville Assisted Living Facility

We are so pleased with Sage Oaks. My brother has been in and out of hospitals, rehab hospitals and assisted living facilities for the past nine months. We discovered Sage Oaks through a friend and it has been a great blessing for my brother and our family. The staff is awesome. Loe, the CEO has been great to work with and his staff, Amanda-Nursing and Aram and Larry, the chefs have been like family to us. When I say “chef”, I mean REAL CHEFS! The food at Sage Oaks is off the charts compared to all the other places we have seen. My brother is making great progress and we are so grateful to find this truly outstanding facility.

I had the pleasure of stopping in at Sage Oak Colleyville yesterday for a visit and tour with Mitchell. To see the staff and residents engaged and interacting was heartwarming. The large windows with natural sunlight, cleanliness, outdoor garden areas and layout of the homes with the open concept was impressive. The staff was welcoming, attentive, compassionate and very pleasant. I am excited for the Colleyville community to have this level of quality care available for their loved ones needing Assisted Living & Memory Care. Well done Sage Oak!

Quality facility who cares about their staff and seniors they serve.

I met up with Mitchell yesterday, after visiting Sage Oaks, I was compkwtely blown away. The beauty of the homes, the staff and hospitality, Emily, Christina, Steven, everyone. The stories they share about each person so everyone knows who and what kind of person they’re dealing with. It smells good, its decorated amazingly, the rooms are very nicely decorated. The sizes of the rooms are nicely sized as well. Mitchell gives the best tours and staff is highly educated and recommended. Ill definitely be referring to this location.

I work in the healthcare industry and visiting many Assisted Living/Memory Care Facilities. I have truly never seen one quite like this. It feels like a luxurious home full of love. After leaving I spoke with a colleague who visited the facility with me and I said, “This is where I would like my parents to go when the time comes”, she said that’s the exact same thing I thought. This place is 100% worth a visit if you are looking for placement of a loved one.

Beautiful assisted living in an upscale neighborhood! Patient to staff ratio is great, the food is restaurant quality and the staff are very caring, professional and seem happy to be a caregiver here! They also have outside healthcare personnel such as PA’s and home health care therapist available for residents. Top notch place!

They offer nothing but the best to their residents, from the great 5star food menu, the best home-like atmosphere & management that cater to their residents needs like none other. Assisted a friend with the move-in of her Mother and was completely blown away by Sage Oak in Colleyville. First, it is gorgeous! The layout so open, bright, cozy…felt like home. It’s brand new and just lovely. Second, the staff was welcoming, smiling, attentive and incredibly caring. So refreshing to see this level of care, comfort and love.
